High Altitude Alchemy for Women is an in-person retreat for women who feel called to deep inner growth and transformation. Set in the peaceful stillness of the mountains, the retreat offers an opportunity to step away from everyday life and enter a supportive environment dedicated to rest, reflection, and personal development.

At the heart of the retreat is Light Activation, an energy-based practice described as supporting the release of emotional and energetic blockages while fostering greater connection to one's inner truth, clarity, presence, and life force. The process is intended to continue unfolding long after the retreat has ended.

The retreat includes five Light Activation sessions, gentle yoga, yoga nidra, mantra singing, time for rest, nourishing meals, and the support of a community of women sharing a commitment to inner work. It is designed for women who are open to spiritual and energetic practices and who seek a deeper transformational experience rather than simply a relaxing wellness weekend.
